The Porter Ridge Pirates routed the visiting Olympic Trojans basketball team by a final score of 64-42 in Tuesday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Pirates face the Forest Hills Yellow Jackets (Marshville, NC) in a non-league game, on Thursday, December 15. Porter Ridge will attempt to move on its 3-6 season record. The Yellow Jackets enter the game with a 0-6 record after their 77-17 non-league loss to Marvin Ridge (Waxhaw, NC).

With the defeat, Olympic moves to 1-8 on the year. The Trojans travel to Palisades (Charlotte, NC) to face the Pumas in a 4A Conference 49 game on Friday, December 16. The Pumas enter the game with a record of 2-6. Palisades lost 60-15 in their recent league game against Ardrey Kell (Charlotte, NC)
