California High School Basketball - Santa Cruz crushes Terra Nova
December 13, 2022: Pacifica, CA 94044 Santa Cruz Cardinals (Santa Cruz, CA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Terra Nova Tigers (Pacifica, CA), 50-28 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Santa Cruz upgrades its record to 5-1 on the season. The Cardinals travel to Half Moon Bay (Half Moon Bay, CA) to clash with the Cougars in a non-league bout on Friday, December 16. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 1-4. Half Moon Bay lost 45-32 in their recent non-league bout against Menlo-Atherton (Atherton, CA)
Next up, the Tigers clash with the Presentation Panthers (San Jose, CA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 14. Terra Nova will attempt to upgrade on its 4-2 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 1-3 record after their 50-47 non-league win over Fremont (Sunnyvale, CA).
