The Cougars now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Clovis for a non-league battle on Friday, December 16. Cibola will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 40-36 non-league loss to Non JV Opponent (, ). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-1.
