Ohio High School Basketball - Louisville holds off Austintown-Fitch
December 13, 2022: Louisville, OH 44641 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Louisville Leopards (Louisville, OH) and the visiting Austintown-Fitch Falcons (Youngstown, OH), saw Louisville's basketball squad hold off Austintown-Fitch by a tally of 45-44.
With the victory, Louisville improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Leopards travel to Lake (Uniontown, OH) to confront the Blue Streaks in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 7. The Blue Streaks come into the challenge with a record of 1-3.
Next up, the Falcons confront the Washington Tigers (Massillon, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 16. Austintown-Fitch will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 53-45 non-league win over Aquinas (Louisville, OH).
