The East Ridge Knights basketball team scored 49 points and held the visiting Cornerstone Charter Academy Ducks to 41 in the Knights non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Knights now sport a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Umatilla for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 15. East Ridge will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 62-51 league win over Tavares (Tavares, FL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-1.

The Ducks (3-4) will now prepare for their contest against The First Academy (Orlando, FL). The Royals enter the contest with a 4-0 record. In their last contest, The First Academy ran past Lake Wales (Lake Wales, FL), 48-39, in a non-league contest.
