Highland Scots (Bakersfield, CA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Foothill Trojans (Bakersfield, CA), 70-40 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Highland upgrades its record to 12-1 on the season. The Scots travel to Palmdale (Palmdale, CA) to play the Falcons in a non-league bout on Friday, January 5. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 1-10.

Next up, the Trojans play the Tehachapi Warriors (Tehachapi, CA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 14. Foothill will attempt to upgrade on its 0-11 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 5-9 record after their 53-48 non-league win over West (Bakersfield, CA).
