December 13, 2023: Williamsport, PA 17701 The Holy Redeemer Royals (Wilkes-Barre, PA) basketball knocked off the host Loyalsock Township Lancers (Williamsport, PA), 61-53 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Royals (1-2) will now prepare for their test against Western Pennsylvania School for the Deaf (Pittsburgh, PA). The Lions go into the non-league test with a 3-2 record. In their last test, Western Pennsylvania School for the Deaf notched a victory over New York School for the Deaf (White Plains, NY), 58-9, in a non-league test.
The Lancers now own a 3-1 record. They play next when they host Shamokin Area for a non-league test on Monday, December 18. Loyalsock Township will encounter a Indians squad coming off a 67-46 non-league win over Montoursville (Montoursville, PA). The Indians record now stands at 3-2.
