Washington High School Basketball - Mariner can't hold off Marysville-Pilchuck
December 13, 2023: Everett, WA 98204 The Marysville-Pilchuck Tomahawks basketball team scored 57 points and restricted the host Mariner Marauders to 56 in the Tomahawks non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Tomahawks now sport a 1-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cascade for a 2A/3A Wesco contest on Friday, December 15. Marysville-Pilchuck will battle a Bruins team coming off a 66-45 league loss to Marysville Getchell (Marysville, WA). The Bruins record now stands at 2-3.
The Marauders (0-4) will now prepare for their contest against Stadium (Tacoma, WA). The Tigers come into the non-league contest with a 6-1 record. In their last contest, Stadium edged Spanaway Lake (Spanaway, WA), 69-56, in a league contest.
