December 13, 2023: Inglewood, CA 90303 The Paramount Pirates (Paramount, CA) basketball crushed the host Morningside Monarchs (Inglewood, CA), 55-30 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Pirates (1-10) will now prepare for their test against Tustin (Tustin, CA). The Tillers go into the non-league test with a 5-6 record.
The Monarchs now own a 1-6 record. They play next when they host Peninsula for a non-league test on Friday, December 15. Morningside will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 65-45 non-league loss to Corona del Mar (Newport Beach, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 2-8.
