Louisiana High School Basketball - Teurlings Catholic fells Thomas Jefferson
December 13, 2023: Lafayette, LA 70501 Teurlings Catholic Rebels (Lafayette, LA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Thomas Jefferson (Gretna, LA), 65-57 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Teurlings Catholic upgrades its record to 4-2 on the season. The Rebels travel to Sacred Heart (Ville Platte, LA) to play the Trojans in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 13. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 6-8. Sacred Heart lost 68-53 in their recent non-league bout against Marksville (Marksville, LA)
Next up, the play the Northlake Christian Wolverines (Covington, LA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 14. Thomas Jefferson will attempt to upgrade on its 6-6 season record. The Wolverines go into the bout with a 4-4 record after their 44-25 non-league loss to St. Charles Catholic (LaPlace, LA).
