The Pope John Paul II Jaguars basketball team scored 52 points and held the host St. Martin's Episcopal Saints to 30 in the Jaguars non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Jaguars now sport a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Benjamin Franklin for a non-league contest on Friday, December 22.

The Saints (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Catholic of Pointe Coupee (New Roads, LA). The Hornets enter the non-league contest with a 7-3 record. In their last contest, Catholic of Pointe Coupee triumphed over Ascension Christian (Gonzales, LA), 40-32, in a non-league contest.
