Virginia High School Basketball - Chancellor holds off Colonial Forge
December 13, 2023: Stafford, VA 22554 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Chancellor Chargers (Fredericksburg, VA) and the host Colonial Forge Eagles (Stafford, VA), saw Chancellor's basketball squad hold off Colonial Forge by a tally of 23-22.
With the victory, Chancellor improves its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Chargers travel to Eastern View (Culpeper, VA) to confront the Cyclones in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 15. The Cyclones come into the challenge with a record of 3-1. Eastern View lost 39-32 in their recent non-league challenge against James Monroe (Fredericksburg, VA)
Next up, the Eagles confront the Massaponax Panthers (Spotsylvania, VA) in a challenge, on Friday, December 15. Colonial Forge will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 34-10 non-league loss to Mountain View (Stafford, VA).
