Virginia High School Basketball - Kellam tops Grassfield
December 13, 2023: Chesapeake, VA 23323 Kellam Knights (Virginia Beach, VA) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Grassfield Grizzlies (Chesapeake, VA), 61-45 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Kellam upgrades its record to 3-2 on the campaign. The Knights host Princess Anne (Virginia Beach, VA) to play the Cavaliers in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 14. The Cavaliers come into the bout with a record of 2-3. Princess Anne lost 64-34 in their recent non-league bout against Green Run (Virginia Beach, VA)
Next up, the Grizzlies play the Thomas Dale Knights (Chester, VA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 15. Grassfield will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record.
