California High School Basketball - San Pasqual ripped by La Costa Canyon
December 13, 2023: Escondido, CA 92025 The La Costa Canyon Mavericks basketball team scored 74 points and held the host San Pasqual Golden Eagles to 38 in the Mavericks league triumph on Wednesday.
The Mavericks now sport a 9-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Poway for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 16. La Costa Canyon will battle a Titans team coming off a 66-50 non-league win over Torrey Pines (San Diego, CA). The Titans record now stands at 9-1.
The Golden Eagles (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against El Capitan (Lakeside, CA). The Vaqueros enter the non-league contest with a 9-0 record. In their last contest, El Capitan triumphed over West Hills (Santee, CA), 60-43, in a non-league contest.
