West Seneca East Trojans (West Seneca, NY) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Medina Mustangs (Medina, NY), 52-34 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, West Seneca East upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Kennedy (Cheektowaga, NY) to play the Bears in a bout on Wednesday, December 20. The Bears come into the bout with a record of 1-2. Kennedy lost 36-34 in their recent non-league bout against Fredonia (Fredonia, NY)

Next up, the Mustangs play the Holland Dutchmen (Holland, NY) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 15. Medina will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Dutchmen come into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 57-54 non-league win over Alden (Alden, NY).
