California High School Soccer - San Jose held off by Tennyson
December 13, 2023: San Jose, CA 95116 The crowd at Wednesday's non-league test between the Tennyson Lancers (Hayward, CA) and the host San Jose Bulldogs (San Jose, CA), saw Tennyson's soccer squad get by San Jose by a margin of 2-1.
The Lancers now sport a 3-5 record. They play next when they travel to Mt. Eden for a West Alameda County - Foothill test on Thursday, December 14. Tennyson will meet a Monarchs squad coming off a 2-1 league loss to Hayward (Hayward, CA). The Monarchs record now stands at 0-5.
With the loss, San Jose drops to 1-4 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Monta Vista (Cupertino, CA) to meet the Matadors in a non-league test on Thursday, December 21. The Matadors come into the test with a record of 2-3. Monta Vista lost 2-0 in their recent league test against Milpitas (Milpitas, CA)
