Texas High School Basketball - Burnet holds off Vanguard College Prep
December 13, 2024: Waco, TX 76710 In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Burnet Bulldogs basketball team scored a close 55-51 triumph over the Vanguard College Prep Vikings.
The Bulldogs (8-7) will now prepare for their contest against Van (Van, TX). The Vandals go into the non-league contest with a 11-4 record. In their last contest, Van nipped Rudder (Bryan, TX), 53-50, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Vikings confront the Rudder Rangers (Bryan, TX) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, December 14. Vanguard College Prep will attempt to better on its 4-4 season record. The Rangers go into the contest with a 9-5 record after their 53-50 non-league loss to Van (Van, TX).
