Louisiana High School Basketball - University Lab toppled by Carroll
December 13, 2024: Monroe, LA 71201 Carroll Bulldogs (Monroe, LA) supporters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting University Lab Cubs (Baton Rouge, LA), 53-40 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Carroll advances its record to 6-4 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Northside (Lafayette, LA) to face the Vikings in a non-league match on Saturday, December 14. The Vikings enter the match with a record of 6-1. Northside won 63-46 in their recent non-league match against Ville Platte (Ville Platte, LA)
The Cubs now own a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Scotlandville for a non-league match on Thursday, December 19. University Lab will face a Hornets squad coming off a 59-38 non-league win over GEO Next Generation (Baton Rouge, LA). The Hornets record now stands at 3-2.
