Illinois High School Basketball - Cruz defeats Roycemore
December 13, 2024: Chicago, IL 60645 The Cruz Dragons (Chicago, IL) basketball were winner over the visiting Roycemore Griffins (Evanston, IL), 55-35 in Friday's league bout.
The Dragons now possess a 1-7 record. They play next when they travel to Beacon Academy for a Lakeshore bout on Monday, December 16. Cruz will play a Trailblazers team coming off a 69-21 league win over Christian Heritage Academy (Northfield, IL). The Trailblazers record now stands at 4-1.
With the loss, Roycemore falls to 0-4 on the campaign. The Griffins travel to Wolcott College Prep (Chicago, IL) to play the Wolves in a Lakeshore bout on Monday, December 16. The Wolves go into the bout with a record of 8-2. Wolcott College Prep won 48-32 in their recent league bout against British International School of Chicago (Chicago, IL)
