Massachusetts High School Basketball - Dracut overwhelms Fitchburg
December 13, 2024: Fitchburg, MA 01420 The Dracut Middies basketball team scored 61 points and limited the host Fitchburg Red Raiders to 39 in the Middies non-league triumph on Friday.
The Middies now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Central Catholic for a non-league game on Tuesday, December 17. Dracut will confront a Raiders team coming off a 73-56 non-league win over Tewksbury Memorial (Tewksbury, MA). The Raiders record now stands at 1-0.
With the loss, Fitchburg falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Red raiders host South (Worcester, MA) to confront the Colonels in a non-league game on Monday, December 16.
