December 13, 2024: Bensalem, PA 19020 The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Holy Cross Crusaders (Dunmore, PA) and the host Holy Ghost Prep Firebirds (Bensalem, PA), observed Holy Cross's basketball team knock off Holy Ghost Prep by a score of 67-55.
The Crusaders (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Devon Prep (Devon, PA). The Tide come into the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Devon Prep was knocked off by St. Frances Academy (Baltimore, MD), 78-56, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Firebirds encounter the La Salle College Explorers (Wyndmoor, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 21. Holy Ghost Prep will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record.
