December 13, 2024: Daisetta, TX 77533 Trinity Tigers (Trinity, TX) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Hull-Daisetta Bobcats (Daisetta, TX), 55-21 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Trinity advances its record to 10-4 on the year. The Tigers travel to Big Sandy (Dallardsville, TX) to meet the Wildcats in a non-league match on Saturday, December 14. The Wildcats enter the match with a record of 6-5. Big Sandy won 38-31 in their recent non-league match against Douglass (Douglass, TX)
The Bobcats now own a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Spurger for a 1A Region IV District 28 match on Tuesday, December 17. Hull-Daisetta will meet a Pirates squad coming off a 43-33 non-league win over Apple Springs (Apple Springs, TX). The Pirates record now stands at 7-3.
