Mississippi High School Basketball - New Site overwhelms Jumpertown
December 13, 2024: Booneville, MS 38829 The New Site Royals basketball team scored 87 points and limited the host Jumpertown Cardinals to 63 in the Royals non-league triumph on Friday.
The Royals now possess a 5-4 record. They play next when they travel to Belmont for a non-league game on Friday, December 27.
With the loss, Jumpertown falls to 6-7 on the campaign. The Cardinals host Byers (Holly Springs, MS) to confront the Lions in a 1A Region 2 game on Monday, December 16. The Lions go into the game with a record of 2-7.
