Mississippi High School Basketball - Tupelo fells Mooreville
December 13, 2024: Mooreville, MS 38857 The Tupelo Golden Wave basketball team scored 56 points and limited the host Mooreville Troopers to 44 in the Golden Wave non-league triumph on Friday.
The Golden Wave now have a 7-3 record. They play next when they travel to Saltillo for a non-league game on Saturday, December 14. Tupelo will confront a Tigers team coming off a 59-47 non-league win over Shannon (Shannon, MS). The Tigers record now stands at 8-3.
With the loss, Mooreville falls to 8-4 on the campaign. The Troopers host Mantachie (Mantachie, MS) to confront the Mustangs in a non-league game on Tuesday, December 17. The Mustangs go into the game with a record of 8-5. Mantachie won 66-36 in their recent non-league game against Hatley (Amory, MS)
