The Mountain Vista Golden Eagles (Highlands Ranch, CO) basketball edged the host San Tan Charter Roadrunners (Gilbert, AZ), 74-72 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Golden Eagles now possess a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to Basha for a non-league bout on Saturday, December 14. Mountain Vista will play a Bears team coming off a 74-42 non-league win over Tucson High Magnet School (Tucson, AZ). The Bears record now stands at 7-0.

With the loss, San Tan Charter falls to 4-6 on the campaign. The Roadrunners host Overland (Aurora, CO) to play the Trailblazers in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 18.
