Michigan High School Basketball - Stevenson trounced by Oxford
December 13, 2024: Oxford, MI 48371 Oxford Wildcats (Oxford, MI) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Stevenson Spartans (Livonia, MI), 70-35 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Oxford advances its record to 6-0 on the year. The Wildcats host Oak Park (Oak Park, MI) to face the Knights in a Oakland - White match on Tuesday, December 17. The Knights enter the match with a record of 1-0.
The Spartans now own a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Glenn for a Kensington Lakes match on Wednesday, December 18. Stevenson will face a Rockets squad coming off a 57-42 non-league loss to Southfield Arts & Tech (Southfield, MI). The Rockets record now stands at 0-5.
