In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Palm Desert Aztecs basketball team scored a big 69-19 triumph over the Rim of the World Fighting Scots.

The Aztecs (5-4) will now prepare for their contest against Redlands (Redlands, CA). The Terriers go into the non-league contest with a 2-6 record. In their last contest, Redlands was trounced by Arrowhead Christian (Redlands, CA), 49-41, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Fighting Scots confront the San Gorgonio Spartans (San Bernardino, CA) in a non-league contest, on Monday, December 16. Rim of the World will attempt to better on its 0-9 season record. The Spartans go into the contest with a 3-8 record after their 48-40 non-league loss to Citrus Hill (Perris, CA).
