Texas High School Basketball - Spearman routs Pringle-Morse
December 13, 2024: Morse, TX 79062 In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Spearman Lynx basketball team scored a big 51-29 triumph over the Pringle-Morse Cougars.
The Lynx (14-2) will now prepare for their contest against Vega (Vega, TX). The Longhorns go into the 2A Region I District 1 contest with a 0-6 record. In their last contest, Vega was trounced by Clarendon (Clarendon, TX), 35-32, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Cougars battle the Hartley Tigers (Hartley, TX) in a 1A Region I District 3 contest, on Tuesday, December 17. Pringle-Morse will attempt to better on its 10-9 season record. The Tigers go into the contest with a 2-6 record after their 77-25 non-league loss to Tulia (Tulia, TX).
