Alabama High School Basketball - Saraland fells St. Michael Catholic
December 13, 2024: Saraland, AL 36571 The Saraland Spartans basketball team scored 60 points and limited the visiting St. Michael Catholic Cardinals to 41 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Friday.
The Spartans now have a 10-2 record. They play next when they travel to Robertsdale for a non-league game on Monday, December 16. Saraland will confront a Golden Bears team coming off a 50-33 non-league win over Elberta (Elberta, AL). The Golden Bears record now stands at 4-11.
With the loss, St. Michael Catholic falls to 4-6 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Gulf Shores (Gulf Shores, AL) to confront the Dolphins in a non-league game on Monday, December 16. The Dolphins go into the game with a record of 5-4. Gulf Shores won 52-47 in their recent non-league game against Bayside Academy (Daphne, AL)
