Oregon High School Basketball - Sherwood overwhelms Sunset
December 13, 2024: Sherwood, OR 97140 The Sherwood Bowmen basketball team scored 85 points and limited the visiting Sunset Apollos to 55 in the Bowmen non-league triumph on Friday.
The Bowmen now have a 3-1 record. They play next when they host Grants Pass for a non-league game on Monday, December 16. Sherwood will confront a Cavemen team coming off a 73-36 non-league loss to Grant (Portland, OR). The Cavemen record now stands at 2-3.
With the loss, Sunset falls to 3-1 on the campaign. The Apollos travel to Lincoln (Portland, OR) to confront the Cardinals in a non-league game on Tuesday, December 17. The Cardinals go into the game with a record of 0-4. Lincoln lost 75-47 in their recent non-league game against Sheldon (Eugene, OR)
