December 13, 2024: The Colony, TX 75056 The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the The Colony Cougars (The Colony, TX) and the visiting Shoemaker Wolves (Killeen, TX), observed The Colony's basketball team overcome Shoemaker by a score of 62-43.
The Cougars (9-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Summer Creek (Houston, TX). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 8-4 record. In their last challenge, Summer Creek defeated Cypress Ranch (Houston, TX), 75-46, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Wolves battle the Harker Heights Knights (Harker Heights, TX) in a 6A Region II District 12 challenge, on Tuesday, December 17. Shoemaker will attempt to improve on its 8-8 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 12-6 record after their 73-47 non-league win over St. Andrew's (Austin, TX).
