Texas High School Basketball - Tolar fells Springtown
December 13, 2024: Springtown, TX 76082 The Tolar Rattlers basketball team scored 59 points and limited the host Springtown Porcupines to 51 in the Rattlers non-league triumph on Friday.
The Rattlers now have a 2-12 record. They play next when they travel to Saginaw for a non-league game on Saturday, December 14. Tolar will confront a Rough Riders team coming off a 73-50 non-league loss to Liberty Hill (Liberty Hill, TX). The Rough Riders record now stands at 5-8.
With the loss, Springtown falls to 1-11 on the campaign. The Porcupines travel to Lake Worth (Lake Worth, TX) to confront the Bullfrogs in a 4A Region I District 7 game on Tuesday, December 17. The Bullfrogs go into the game with a record of 9-3. Lake Worth lost 74-51 in their recent non-league game against Boswell (Fort Worth, TX)
