Bingham Miners (South Jordan, UT) supporters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Timpview Thunderbirds (Provo, UT), 49-34 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Bingham advances its record to 6-2 on the year. The Miners travel to Basha (Chandler, AZ) to face the Bears in a non-league match on Wednesday, December 18. The Bears enter the match with a record of 8-3. Basha lost 61-59 in their recent non-league match against Highland (Gilbert, AZ)

The Thunderbirds now own a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lehi for a non-league match on Tuesday, December 17. Timpview will face a Pioneers squad coming off a 58-37 non-league win over Pine View (St. George, UT). The Pioneers record now stands at 6-3.
