Cape Fear Academy Hurricanes (Wilmington, NC) supporters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting Metrolina Christian Academy Warriors (Indian Trail, NC), 44-39 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Cape Fear Academy advances its record to 7-2 on the year. The Hurricanes travel to Wake Christian Academy (Raleigh, NC) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Saturday, December 14. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 5-5. Wake Christian Academy lost 41-30 in their recent league match against Cary Christian (Cary, NC)
