Nebraska High School Basketball - Sidney can't hold off Chase County
December 13, 2024: Imperial, NE 69033 Chase County Longhorns (Imperial, NE) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting Sidney Red Raiders (Sidney, NE), 50-43 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Chase County upgrades its record to 1-1 on the year. The Longhorns travel to Ogallala (Ogallala, NE) to battle the Indians in a C1 District 11 challenge on Saturday, December 14. The Indians come into the challenge with a record of 1-1. Ogallala lost 67-46 in their recent non-league challenge against Minden (Minden, NE)
In their next game, the Red Raiders battle the Yuma Outlaws (Yuma, CO) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 14. Sidney will attempt to better on its 2-1 season record. The Outlaws come into the challenge with a 3-0 record after their 47-22 non-league win over The Vanguard School (Colorado Springs, CO).
