The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Enid Plainsmen (Enid, OK) and the visiting Memorial Chargers (Tulsa, OK), observed Enid's basketball team knock off Memorial by a score of 55-40.

The Plainsmen (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Northwest Classen (Oklahoma City, OK). The Knights come into the 6A District 4 challenge with a 2-3 record. In their last challenge, Northwest Classen was knocked off by Broken Arrow (Broken Arrow, OK), 100-16, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Chargers encounter the Tahlequah Tigers (Tahlequah, OK) in a 5A District 4 challenge, on Thursday, December 19. Memorial will attempt to improve on its 1-6 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 66-33 league loss to Will Rogers College (Tulsa, OK).
