Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Wilkes-Barre holds off Greater Nanticoke Area
December 13, 2024: Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702 The Wilkes-Barre Wolfpack basketball team scored 62 points and limited the visiting Greater Nanticoke Area Trojans to 59 in the Wolfpack non-league triumph on Friday.
The Wolfpack now possess a 2-2 record. They play next when they host Hazleton Area for a Wyoming Valley 1 game on Thursday, January 2.
With the loss, Greater Nanticoke Area falls to 2-3 on the campaign. The Trojans host Wyoming Area (Exeter, PA) to confront the Warriors in a non-league game on Wednesday, December 18. The Warriors go into the game with a record of 1-4. Wyoming Area lost 65-33 in their recent non-league game against Dallas (Dallas, PA)
