In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Merino Rams basketball team scored a big 73-38 triumph over the Highland Huskies.

The Rams (3-0) will now prepare for their contest against Wiggins (Wiggins, CO). The Tigers go into the non-league contest with a 3-0 record.

In their next game, the Huskies confront the Haxtun Fightin' Bulldogs (Haxtun, CO) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, December 14. Highland will attempt to better on its 2-2 season record. The Fightin' Bulldogs go into the contest with a 1-1 record after their 60-56 non-league win over Perkins County (Grant, NE).
