The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Hillsdale FIGHTING KNIGHTS (San Mateo, CA) and the visiting Summit Shasta Black Bears (Daly City, CA), observed Hillsdale's basketball team overwhelm Summit Shasta by a score of 62-32.

The FIGHTING KNIGHTS (6-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Lick-Wilmerding (San Francisco, CA). The Tigers come into the non-league challenge with a 3-4 record. In their last challenge, Lick-Wilmerding was routed by Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory (San Francisco, CA), 68-47, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Black Bears encounter the Carlmont Scots (Belmont, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 14. Summit Shasta will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record. The Scots come into the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 31-28 non-league loss to Branham (San Jose, CA).
