California High School Basketball - Huntington Beach knocks off Laguna Beach
December 13, 2024: Laguna Beach, CA 92651 In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Huntington Beach Oilers basketball team scored a good 49-40 win over the Laguna Beach Breakers.
The Oilers (5-1) will now prepare for their contest against Edison (Huntington Beach, CA). The Chargers come into the Sunset contest with a 2-9 record. In their last contest, Edison was topped by Laguna Hills (Laguna Hills, CA), 41-39, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Breakers battle the Costa Mesa Mustangs (Costa Mesa, CA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, December 14. Laguna Beach will attempt to better on its 6-5 season record. The Mustangs come into the contest with a 4-3 record after their 61-42 non-league win over Estancia (Costa Mesa, CA).
