Virginia High School Basketball - Nansemond-Suffolk Academy overwhelms Isle of Wight Academy
December 13, 2024: Suffolk, VA 23434 The Nansemond-Suffolk Academy Saints basketball team scored 46 points and limited the visiting Isle of Wight Academy Chargers to 25 in the Saints non-league triumph on Friday.
The Saints now have a 2-1 record. They play next when they host Trinity Episcopal for a non-league game on Sunday, December 15. Nansemond-Suffolk Academy will confront a Titans team coming off a 75-54 non-league win over Virginia Episcopal School (Lynchburg, VA). The Titans record now stands at 4-2.
With the loss, Isle of Wight Academy falls to 0-4 on the campaign. The Chargers host Arcadia (Oak Hall, VA) to confront the Firebirds in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 14. The Firebirds go into the game with a record of 1-2.
