December 13, 2024: Ulysses, KS 67880 Lakin Broncs (Lakin, KS) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Ulysses Tigers (Ulysses, KS), 64-33 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Lakin advances its record to 1-2 on the year. The Broncs travel to McCook (McCook, NE) to face the Bison in a non-league match on Saturday, December 14. The Bison enter the match with a record of 2-1. McCook lost 46-40 in their recent non-league match against Norton (Norton, KS)
The Tigers now own a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cimarron for a Great Western match on Tuesday, December 17. Ulysses will face a Bluejays squad coming off a 54-25 non-league loss to Bethany (Bethany, OK). The Bluejays record now stands at 1-3.
