Virginia High School Basketball - Langley knocks off Robinson

December 13, 2024: McLean, VA 22101

The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Langley Saxons (McLean, VA) and the visiting Robinson Rams (Fairfax, VA), observed Langley's basketball team overcome Robinson by a margin of 39-23.

The Saxons (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Wakefield (Arlington, VA). The Warriors come into the District 2 challenge with a 2-2 record. In their last challenge, Wakefield dropped by West Potomac (Alexandria, VA), 77-20, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Rams battle the Lake Braddock Bruins (Burke, VA) in a District 4 challenge, on Tuesday, December 17. Robinson will attempt to better on its 3-1 season record. The Bruins come into the challenge with a 1-5 record after their 45-29 non-league loss to Broad Run (Ashburn, VA).
