Virginia High School Basketball - Rappahannock can't hold off Nandua
December 13, 2024: Warsaw, VA 22572 Nandua Warriors (Onley, VA) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the host Rappahannock Raiders (Warsaw, VA), 29-28 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Nandua advances its record to 2-2 on the year. The Warriors host Salisbury (Salisbury, MD) to face the Dragons in a non-league match on Monday, December 16. The Dragons enter the match with a record of 1-4. Salisbury lost 52-34 in their recent non-league match against Lake Forest (Felton, DE)
The Raiders now own a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Middlesex for a non-league match on Monday, December 16. Rappahannock will face a Chargers squad coming off a 35-21 league loss to King William (King William, VA). The Chargers record now stands at 0-3.
