Michigan High School Basketball - South Christian overwhelms Unity Christian
December 13, 2024: Hudsonville, MI 49426 The South Christian Sailors basketball team scored 56 points and limited the host Unity Christian Crusaders to 31 in the Sailors non-league triumph on Friday.
The Sailors now have a 4-0 record. They play next when they travel to East Grand Rapids for a Ottawa-Kent - Gold game on Tuesday, December 17. South Christian will confront a Pioneers team coming off a 39-31 league loss to Wyoming (Wyoming, MI). The Pioneers record now stands at 0-4.
With the loss, Unity Christian falls to 2-2 on the campaign. The Crusaders travel to Grandville (Grandville, MI) to confront the Bulldogs in a non-league game on Tuesday, December 17. The Bulldogs go into the game with a record of 5-0. Grandville won 38-33 in their recent non-league contest against Bay City Western (Auburn, MI)
