Florida High School Basketball - South Lake knocks off Windermere

The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the South Lake Eagles (Groveland, FL) and the visiting Windermere Wolverines (Windermere, FL), observed South Lake's basketball team overcome Windermere by a score of 46-31.

The Eagles (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Gateway (Kissimmee, FL). The Panthers come into the non-league challenge with a 6-2 record. In their last challenge, Gateway defeated East River (Orlando, FL), 65-21, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Wolverines battle the Tohopekaliga Tigers (Kissimmee, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 16. Windermere will attempt to improve on its 2-5 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 5-1 record after their 58-19 non-league win over Orangewood Christian (Maitland, FL).
