December 13, 2024: Mesa, AZ 85208 The Valley Vista Monsoon soccer squad scored 3 points and held the host Skyline Coyotes to 0 in the Monsoon non-league victory on Friday.
The Monsoon now hold a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Westwood for a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 18. Valley Vista will play a Warriors squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over South Mountain (Phoenix, AZ). The Warriors record now stands at 2-2.
With the loss, Skyline moves to 0-1 on the year. The Coyotes travel to Desert Ridge (Mesa, AZ) to play the Jaguars in a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 8. The Jaguars go into the bout with a record of 1-2. Desert Ridge lost 4-0 in their recent non-league bout against Verrado (Buckeye, AZ)
