December 13, 2024: Gray, LA 70359 Benton Tigers (Benton, LA) backers exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Bourgeois Braves (Gray, LA), 5-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Benton upgrades its record to 12-0 on the season. The Tigers host Barbe (Lake Charles, LA) to battle the Buccaneers in a non-league battle on Saturday, December 14. The Buccaneers enter the battle with a record of 4-2. Barbe won 2-1 in their recent non-league battle against Sulphur (Sulphur, LA)
Next up, the Braves battle the Mandeville Skippers (Mandeville, LA) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, December 14. Bourgeois will attempt to upgrade on its 6-6 season record. The Skippers enter the battle with a 6-5 record after their 4-1 non-league win over Acadiana Renaissance Charter Academy (Youngsville, LA).
