December 13, 2024: Wendell, NC 27591 The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Corinth Holders Pirates (Wendell, NC) and the visiting Southern Nash Firebirds (Bailey, NC), observed Corinth Holders's basketball team overcome Southern Nash by a score of 65-47.
The Pirates (4-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Southeast Raleigh (Raleigh, NC). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 1-3 record. In their last challenge, Southeast Raleigh dropped by Enloe (Raleigh, NC), 39-12, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Firebirds battle the Nash Central Bulldogs (Rocky Mount, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 17. Southern Nash will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record.
