December 13, 2024: Wake Forest, NC 27587 In Friday's non-league contest, the host Franklin Academy Patriots basketball team scored a good 36-23 triumph over the Granville Central Panthers.
The Patriots (5-4) will now prepare for their contest against Voyager Academy (Durham, NC). The Vikings go into the non-league contest with a 8-3 record. In their last contest, Voyager Academy topped Oxford Prep (Oxford, NC), 62-24, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Panthers battle the Louisburg Warriors (Louisburg, NC) in a contest, on Friday, January 3. Granville Central will attempt to better on its 2-4 season record.
